| Basically I started out as a programming student at the "Hogeschool van Amsterdam" which is a college in well.. Amsterdam. In my third year I chose to follow the game programming direction of my study and had to work with people who were quite artistic. I liked it and started toying around with photoshop, 3DS max and illustrator. Then I had to put it on hold for about half a year to three quarters of a year because I fell ill. Well here is what I was thinking about knowledge. Basically gaining knowledge is increasing simplification.
Explanation
Why? Really simple actually. I was just thinking about stuff I know and why I know them and then it hit me. I know these things because in some way I simplified them so they would be easier to understand. You learn by taking the whole and breaking it into small pieces. To be or not to be a genius?People use the word genius all the time, which, I think is really annoying.To be or not to be a genius?
They call themselves a genius, but, are they joking around? Or are they serious? Of course you can guess by the expressions on their faces whether or not they are serious.
I think people should use the words genius, ingenius or geniusness less. Why?
Quite simple actually there are a bunch of people who deserve to be called a genius. Though they don't get the oppurtunity to become a genius in their own right. They just don't get the right education or stimuli to provoke themselves to explore their geniusness.
